Pre Boot Camp Study
But
self-study doesn't mean you're on your own....
- You
will be allocated an experienced certification counsellor ("mentor")
who will work with you to ensure you achieve the Boot Camp entry-level
requirements. Your mentor(s) will phone you on a regular
basis to help you ensure that you stay on track.
- Your
mentors will agree with you a structured study plan - to help
you optimise that valuable study time.
- You
will have access to telephone and web-based support - for when
you need clarification on any technical or administrative problem.
The
study phase for a Cyber Boot Camp is typically 60-100 hours (for
a 2-week Boot Camp such as MCSD) or 30-50 hours (for a 1-week
Boot Camp such as the CCNA). MCSE Upgrade students can expect
to spend 50-100 hours on pre- Boot Camp study.
3. Readiness
Test Four
weeks before you attend the Boot Camp we will ask you to sit a
readiness test - delivered via the web.
This will give you - and your mentor - an accurate measure of
how much extra study you'll need to complete before you come to
the Boot Camp. Then we can all be confident you'll get the
maximum benefit from your Boot Camp, and be guaranteed to pass.
4. The
Boot Camp
Boot
Camps take place at Cyber (or Cyber partner) training centres.
All are equipped with high-specification computer equipments and
on-site VUE or Prometric testing facilities. You will carry out
intensive hands-on laboratory exercises and work
through sample examination questions with the help of our highly
qualified instructors.
5.
You sit each of the exams within the Boot Camp - when your focus
and motivation is at its peak....
Focus
and momentum are essential. Lose your focus or break the
momentum and the IT certifications become a long, hard climb.
Therefore
with Camp Cyber, certification exams take place on-site, all within
the duration of the Boot Camp - when your confidence is at its
highest and the information is freshest in your mind. |
